Improving your RCA2 Processes Safe Table
NCPS is pleased to host a virtual RCA2 Safe Table on Wednesday, January 20th from 1:30 – 2:30 pm CST. This event is an opportunity for participants to share successes, barriers, and practices related to conducting RCAs in their organizations. Also to talk about what they have learned and practices they will implement because of this webinar series.
Information shared/discussed at a Safe Table is considered Patient Safety Work Product. As a result, the federal Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005 requires member attendees to agree to abide by the conditions stated in the NCPS Temporary Workforce agreement which is included as part of the registration process.
