X-WR-CALDESC:NCPS is pleased to host virtual Debrief Collaborative Implemen
 tation Safe Table on Thursday\, January 27th from 12:00 – 1:00 pm CST. \nD
 uring this Safe Table\, Katherine Jones\, PT\, PhD will lead and facilitat
 e discussion among participants to learn about progress and challenges in 
 developing structures and processes for conducting debriefs. Participants 
 will be encouraged to share successes\, barriers\, stories and practices r
 elated to conducting debriefs in their organizations. \nA Safe Table is a 
 forum where healthcare providers can gather to review and discuss issues r
 elated to quality and patient safety improvement in a confidential and pri
 vileged space. Information discussed during this Safe Table will be consid
 ered Patient Safety Work Product within the NCPS PSO Patient Safety Evalua
 tion System as defined by the federal Patient Safety and Quality Improveme
 nt Act of 2005. \nAs the Safe Table host\, NCPS is required to ensure the 
 confidentiality and privilege protection of information shared during the 
 Safe Table. Please review the attached NCPS Safe Table Temporary Workforce
  Agreement and Confidentiality Attestation. Participants will be required 
 to attest to reviewing and accepting the terms of this agreement when regi
 stering for the Debrief Collaborative Implementation Safe Table.\nWe are p
 lanning an engaging discussion with all participants. In preparation for t
 his meeting\, please review the attached NCPS Debrief Safe Table Participa
 nt Preparation document. This document provides an outline of information 
 to collect in advance of the Safe Table\, so that the information can be s
 hared during the virtual Safe Table. While it is not required that partici
 pants bring this information\, it will add value to the discussion.\nRegis
