 e will follow his presentation. In the Safe Table attendees will be able t
 o confidentially discuss medication safety challenges and successes in the
 ir own work setting.  NCPS membership is required to attend this portion o
 f the webinar since the information discussed during a Safe Table is consi
 dered Patient Safety Work Product within the NCPS and providers' Patient S
 afety Evaluation Systems.  In accordance with the federal Patient Safety a
 nd Quality Improvement Act of 2005\, members attending the webinar will ne
 ed to agree to abide by the conditions stated in the NCPS Temporary Workfo
 rce agreement which is included as part of the member registration process
 .   \n\nCEUs will be available to NCPS members who attend the webinar and 
 complete the presentation's evaluation.\n\n
