Just Culture Training

NCPS is now offering on-site training in Just Culture principles and implementation for healthcare managers! Contact Gail Brondum for details and to schedule training at your organization. Fifteen individuals completed the Outcome Engenuity Just Culture Train the Trainer course held August 1-2 in Omaha in preparation for this initiative.
