NCPS appreciated the significant level of attendee engagement with us from a variety of organizations. This included NHA board members and staff, persons from member organizations, and persons previously unaware of the services provided by patient safety organizations. We appreciated the opportunity to explain to those unfamiliar with PSOs the benefits of NCPS membership. And equally as important, we appreciated getting to talk face-to-face with current members and those from our founding organizations (which includes NHA as one of the founding five organizations).
