Ask Me 3® is an Institute for Healthcare Improvement educational program with materials written in English, French and Spanish. The program encourages patients and families to ask their health care providers 3 specific questions to better understand their health conditions and what they need to do to stay healthy:

- What do I need to do?
- Why is it important for me to do this?
